Reflecting for Perfecting: Insights From An Entrepreneur

A weekly exercise that will help you be more productive is to get peaceful, quiet, and centered before the beginning of your workweek. Slow down your mind and go into a state of reflection. Think about what happened the week before-what’s needs to be celebrated and what needs to be looked at closer and possibly modified. Then look at the upcoming week ahead and try to see the big picture and all that you have going on. It takes time and practice but will no doubt help you get the most out of your week!
