Pushing Past Your Comfort Zone
Hey are you pushing? . Pushing past your COMFORT ZONE, that is? Let’s chat about this...nothing great or everlasting ever came from a comfort zone. It’s quite simple, in order to succeed at anything that you want in your life, you have to be willing to get a little uncomfortable. . This BARRE’ Blend program is just that for me because I am still a lil baffled about all the sweating that was coming out of my face and body with just 30 minutes of core work today. Let’s not even talk about yesterday’s Cardio Blend day. I mean who would have ever guessed that I would be so challenged? It’s honestly the best feeling because it’s surprising me and my clients everyday we push play. Plus today I added one of our extra 10 minute enhancers for my upper body and I was completely blown away and truly humbled once again. I started off with 4lb dumbbells, then quickly downshifted to 3lb, and then had to drop one more gear to 2lbs I know right but hey things are shifting and lifting and that’s the best part. So do me and you a huge favor and do something that challenges you and moves you out of your old comfort zone but make sure you love it and it makes you feel good. If you hate it then you won’t get the most out of it and my mission is for you love your program not hate it.
