Controlling What You Can
I am really loving this new boxing workout called 10 Rounds by Joel Freeman I totally got out of my comfort zone by lifting heavier today and really focusing on my form. That’s what it’s all about my friend. We have to FOCUS on what we can control around us not on the things that are completely out of our control. With the chaos of today we have control over our responses and our interactions. We also have control over what we choose to put into our bodies and how we choose to move our bodies.
