Ingredients

  • 2 cups red wine

  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 6 firm Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, cut in half

  • 12 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese
