Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
  • ¼ oz. active dry yeast

  • 1 cup warm water (100 - 110° F.)

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 3 – 3¼ cups whole wheat flour, divided use

  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt (or Himalayan salt)

  • 2 tsp. olive oil, divided use

  • ½ cup all-natural pizza sauce, no sugar added

  • 4 oz. cooked chicken breast, boneless, skinless, shredded

  • 2 cups fresh arugula
